1. Overview
You may cancel your Syncpulse subscription at any time. This Cancellation Policy explains the process, timing, and effects of cancellation for all Syncpulse subscription plans. Cancellation is distinct from deletion of your account — cancellation stops future billing while your account and data remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Platform Dashboard: Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to info@syncpulse.site with your account email and the subject line 'Subscription Cancellation Request'
- Phone: Call +91 8956237845 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST)
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent the next billing cycle from being charged.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
For monthly subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period
- You will not be charged for the following month
- No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period
- All active workflows and integrations will continue to function until the subscription end date
4. Annual Subscription Cancellation
For annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the annual term
- Cancellation of an annual subscription does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining subscription period (subject to the 30-day refund window described in our Refund Policy)
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual term
- We recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 7 days before the annual renewal date to ensure processing is completed before the next charge
5. Effect of Cancellation
Upon the effective cancellation date (end of the current billing period):
- Access to the Syncpulse platform will be suspended
- All active data synchronization workflows will stop processing
- API integrations will cease to function
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation to allow for data export
- After 30 days, your account data will be permanently deleted from our systems
6. Data Retrieval After Cancellation
We strongly recommend exporting your data before your subscription ends. After cancellation:
- You have a 30-day window to export your data, workflow configurations, and integration settings
- To request data export assistance, email info@syncpulse.site with the subject 'Data Export Request'
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Enterprise clients with custom data retention agreements should refer to their specific contract terms
7. Reactivation
You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before the account deletion date (30 days post-cancellation). To reactivate:
- Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Reactivate
- Or contact us at info@syncpulse.site
Reactivation restores your previous plan, configurations, and data. If reactivating after the 30-day window, a new account will need to be created and previous data cannot be restored.
